Application,

The Rain (waterproof) test chamber is suitable for testing whether electrical products, shells and products sealed in rain environment can ensure good performance of equipment and components. This product adopts scientific design, which enables the equipment to realistically simulate various environments such as dripping water, drenching water, splashing water and spraying water. Entering a comprehensive control system and adopting frequency conversion technology, the rotation angle of the rainfall sample rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing rod and the swing frequency of the water spray quantity can be automatically adjusted.

2. This machine is made up of 2 water tanks + 1 chamber body, as below is the External dimensions of the 3 parts after disassembling,

3. The high-pressure water spray pipe is installed on the left side and is welded by stainless steel. It is connected to the box body. A bracket is installed at the front and rear of the water spray pipe respectively. The height of the bracket can be adjusted.

4. Spray system: composed of water pump, water pressure gauge and fixed spray pipe bracket

5. Install 1x IP5 sprinkler.
